## Description
- This file defines the following constants:

    |------------------|-------|
    | DEFAULT_WRITABLE | 1 if CFG_WRITABLE == 1, else 0             |
- In addition, this file creates the ConfigManager class, featuring relevant variable declarations and function prototypes. More information about these functions can be found in the documentation for ConfigManager.cpp.
